Meghan McCarthy '07 is the lucky winner of the two Six Flags Great America/Hurricane Harbor tickets. Her name was entered into the drawing because she attended the 1•10 Club event at Six Flags on Saturday, June 14. Congratulations, Meghan!

Jarell Chavers '08 is the winner of the contest to name the new 1•10 newsletter. He submitted two ideas and The Ten Spot was the winner! Jarell receives two tickets to the August 18 1•10 event at Miller Park when the Brewers play the Houston Astros. Congratulations Jarell! Thank you to everyone who submitted other ideas for the newsletter.

Stay connected, stay involved, and enjoy the continued benefits of your Carthage education. That's the goal of the 1•10 Club, a new organization formed by the Alumni Relations office at Carthage.

One fourth of all Carthage alumni entered the larger world within the last ten years. You are among them, and your interests are different than those of older alumni. The Carthage 1•10 Club will offer a regular series of social and networking events focusing on your interests. Exciting activities are being planned in Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee and Chicago. The common theme is an opportunity to reconnect with Carthage friends, learn what's happening at Carthage, and take advantage of College resources to advance your career and live a better life.
