FAQs

How can I get a copy of my official transcripts?
Transcripts may be obtained by visiting the Office of the Registrar and filling out a transcript request form, by filling out and mailing the online transcript request form, or by faxing the online form to 262-551-6007.

Can I request a transcript over the phone?
No. Unfortunately, Carthage cannot honor verbal requests for transcripts as the student's signature is required before records can be released.

How much do transcripts cost?
Unofficial transcripts are free of charge. Official transcripts are $10, which must be paid to the Business Office in cash or by check. Students receive one free copy during their undergraduate career, and graduates receive one copy with their diploma. Transcripts received without payment will be held until the proper remittance is paid.

How can I access my grades online?
Grades can be accessed by visiting www.carthage.edu and clicking on current students, online advising and registration, and entering your student ID number and password.

What should I do if I lost my password?
Students may visit the Registrar's Office and choose a new password. Off campus students may call 262-551-6100. Incoming freshman will receive their password during Fall advising.

Do I need to submit a request for student verification of enrollment for my insurance company each semester?
Yes. Due to the number of students that require such verifications, it is difficult to keep track of individual students. Therefore, students must submit a new request each semester or as their insurance company requires.
