High School:  Named Daily Herald honorable mention all-area both his junior and senior years…named All-Mid-Suburban League as a junior and team’s leading scorer…his junior-year team won an MSL East Division title, and his senior-year squad won conference, regional and sectional championships en route to an appearance in the super sectional…coached by Darren Lewellyn…four-year member of both the basketball and baseball teams…Mid-Suburban League all-academic, Illinois High School Association first-team all-state journalist and four-year honor student.

Personal:  Double major in communication and public relations…named to the Carthage dean’s list three times and a two-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born April 12, 1989.
