2009:  Finished second in both the 200 backstroke (1:56.76) and the 200 freestyle (1:43.91) and fifth in the 500 freestyle (4:43.98) at the CCIW Swimming Championship…finished second in both the 200 freestyle and the 400 individual medley at the Wisconsin Private College Championship.

High School:  A four-time Minnesota State High School League all-state selection and a four-time All-North Suburban Conference honoree…won a state championship his junior year in the 100 backstroke, while finishing second in the 100 freestyle…finished second in both events as a senior…coached by Greg Kugler…member of the tennis team his freshman year…North Suburban Conference all-academic…coached by Dave Bentz for the Great Wolf Aquatics Club team.

Personal:  Graphic design major…named to the fall 2008 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…son of Michael and Carla Winiecki…born June 7, 1990.
