Carthage Residence Halls access are closed to visitors and unregistered guests on a 24 hour a day basis. Carthage students with valid encoded identification cards are granted access with electronic locks to any residence hall based on the current open or visitation policy. That is currently 8 AM to midnight Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 2 AM on Friday and Saturday. On other hours residence students are admitted via this card access system only to the hall in which they reside. Overnight guests, meaning those sponsored guests who may be in the residence hall after these hours must be registered with the Security Office. Please refer to the Community Code for a complete listing of residence and guest registration policies.
