The COVID-19 Committee sent the following email to Carthage students, staff, and faculty on Jan. 28, 2022.

Below you will find information on booster clinics on campus, uploading your booster information, and N95 mask distribution.

Booster Information

Carthage College is working with the State of Wisconsin to hold two COVID-19 Booster Clinics on campus. We encourage any faculty, staff, and students who are eligible for COVID-19 boosters to consider accessing them on campus or in the community.

Please see the information below on how to calculate when you are due for a booster dose.

No appointment is required for this walk-in clinic.

Please come prepared with your vaccination card for verification.

Additionally, the vaccine submission form located at https://vax.carthage.edu/ has now been updated to calculate when an individual is due for a booster based on the last dose and type of vaccine. The form can also record your booster to indicate vaccination status.

While booster shots are not required at this time (with some exceptions for student-athletes), it will be important to load your information as it will help the COVID-19 Committee for decision-making purposes.

To access community locations for COVID-19 boosters, access the Kenosha County COVID-19 Response Hub and you can learn more about additional vaccines and boosters on the Wisconsin Health Department website.

N95 Masks

Kenosha county is now distributing N95 masks free of charge at select locations.
