Foxconn Impact
Regional analysis is a sustained Clausen Center priority. Foxconn, a multinational electronics company, is investing heavily in Racine County, just north of Carthage’s location in Kenosha. In 2018, Professors Erik Johnson and Darwin Tsen spearheaded three in-depth panel discussions open to the public. Simultaneously, Professor Wenjie Sun and her students initiated map analysis.
