Carthage College employees have the option to report concerns through an online portal. This service can be used to report concerns that you might be uncomfortable raising in any other way. Concerns could include possible fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful conduct, and can be submitted anonymously.

Carthage College employees have direct access to make updates to personal information within the Workday system. These self-service functions include changes to direct deposit accounts, federal and state withholding, beneficiaries and dependents, add emergency contacts, and update addresses. Members of the staff are also able to request and track vacation and sick time through the Workday system.
