The Tower Residence Hall is Carthage’s newest residential building that welcomed its first residents in fall 2018. This eight-story building connects Joseph Johnson and Madrigrano Family residence halls and offers stunning views of both Lake Michigan and the Carthage campus.

Students can spend time studying or relaxing on the first two floors, which are dedicated common spaces. The top six floors are reserved for housing, with space for up to 126 students.

Room layout

The Tower is comprised mostly of suites that include two double rooms connected by a shared bathroom. The Tower also has some single rooms. Double rooms are approximately 15 feet by 14 feet. The single suite rooms are approximately 9 feet by 10.5 feet. Each room contains a bed, mattress, desk and chair, closet, nightstand, small rolling storage unit, and dresser for each resident.
