Prof. Colleen O’Brien’s research to be presented at Frontiers in Services Conference
Colleen O’Brien, professor of management and marketing, will present her paper “The search for AI-enabled virtual agent value: Do customers hold different value perceptions based on user context?” with Elizabeth Manser Payne from the University of South Dakota at the upcoming Frontiers in Services Conference.
This research tests a conceptual framework to identify how human-AI interactions differ when engaged in basic or advanced virtual agent usage contexts. The conference will be held June 24-26, at Babson College.
