Art club

Art Club is open to all majors and artistic abilities. Members come together once a week to create, appreciate, and learn about art in a relaxing and stress-free environment. All students are invited to attend when they can, to learn new creative skills and abilities.

Carthage film association

The Film Association creates short films, promotional videos, and other projects that will help others get their ideas out there. It is essential to have people creatively express themselves, whether that is behind the camera, editing on a computer, through the setup of the scene, or even through writing the script.

draft

DRAFT is a graphic design club on campus, run by designers for designers. Founded in 2008, the organization is for students who want to expand their knowledge, develop their portfolios, network, and share ideas. This friendly environment encourages personal growth and development in students looking to gain experience outside of the classroom.

Kappa pi

Kappa Pi is an international honorary art fraternity. At Carthage, the chapter name is Zeta Alpha Psi. The organization’s goal is to spread art among the community, reaching beyond the campus.

centrique

Centrique is the campus creative arts magazine. Throughout the year, students, faculty, and staff submit written and visual artwork to the magazine. Cash prizes are awarded to the top three pieces in the fall and spring.
