The Oaks Residential Village
The Oaks Residential Village offers a suite-style housing option. Its six buildings offer guests single and double rooms with two people per bathroom, and a large community space at the apex of each building.

Madrigrano Family Residence Hall
Madrigrano Family Residence Hall is a traditional-style residence hall with standard double rooms and a few single-room options, and a communal bathroom. There is a volleyball court behind the building for guests to enjoy.

Joseph Johnson Residence Hall
Joseph Johnson Residence Hall is a traditional-style residence hall with standard double rooms, a few quad rooms, and some suite-style options, along with a communal bathroom. Johnson Hall has close access to the Todd Wehr Center and the campus cafeteria.

Henry Denhart Residence Hall
Henry Denhart Residence Hall is a traditional-style residence hall with standard double rooms, a few quad rooms, and some suite-style options, as well as a communal bathroom. Denhart Hall is located across from the N. E. Tarble Athletic and Recreation Center.

Pat Tarble Residence Hall
Pat Tarble Residence Hall is the only all-female residence hall on campus. Tarble Hall is a traditional-style residence hall with standard double rooms, some suite-style options, a few single room options, and a few quad rooms. Guests share a communal bathroom. Tarble Hall is located near the Hedberg Library and A. F. Siebert Chapel.

Swenson Residence Hall
Swenson Residence Hall offers private rooms (with private or shared bathroom), a common lounge and kitchen area for residents, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Each room includes a bed, mattress, desk with chair, dresser, and closet. Swenson Hall is located near the A. W. Clausen Center for World Business and the David A. Straz Jr. Center for the Natural and Social Sciences.
