Bristol School District welcomes Ms. Holly Graf ’02 as Bristol School’s new principal, effective July 22, 2019.

Ms. Graf graduated from Carthage with majors in education and recreational management in 2002. She was a two-sport athlete and served as the intramural director and graduate assistant women’s basketball coach. After leaving Carthage, she began a career as a physical education teacher.

A natural leader, Ms. Graf soon took on roles in school administration, serving as dean of students at Indian Trail High School and as assistant principal at Tremper High School. She is an experienced educator and a thoughtful leader.

“Carthage prepared me for my career by helping me understand that relationships and teamwork is the key to success,” explained Ms. Graf.

Now she’ll take on a new challenge as principal of Bristol School.

“I am humbled and honored to have the opportunity to be the principal of Bristol School,” says Ms. Graf. “I look forward to serving the community by collaborating with stakeholders, staff, students, and families to nurture strengths and facilitate growth to ensure we are the best version of ourselves.”

We know Holly will help students at Bristol grow, learn, and succeed for many years to come. She is an exceptional example of the positive impact that Carthage alumni are having throughout the community.

Congratulations Holly — we are proud to call you a Carthaginian.
