Prof. Art Cyr publishes article in U.S. Army War College Quarterly

Professor Arthur CyrProfessor Art Cyr recently published “The Cuban Missile Crisis: Miscalculation, Nuclear Risks, and the Human Dimension” in the autumn 2022 issue of the U.S. Army War College Quarterly, Parameters.

Prof. Cyr is a member of the Political Science Department and director of Carthage’s International Political Economy Program.

In the words of U.S. Army War College Commandant Major General David C. Hill, Prof. Cyr’s article: “highlights an important historical event for a new generation of military leaders and policymakers” and “clearly illustrates the enduring value of good scholarship.”
