Biography
Courtney Buzzell ’18 serves as the director of advancement services and database management. Her primary focus is to ensure database health and reporting requests to encourage accurate engagement and prospects for future involvement with the College.
Courtney joined the Carthage team in July 2023, after 11 years with healthcare software in operations and a customer experience team. She is also a Carthage alumni who attended as an adult student and received the Ruth Johnson Emeritus Scholar Award in 2018.
Courtney has lived in Kenosha County for 11 years and enjoys spending time with her family and pets; and is an avid gardener.
Education
- Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice from Carthage College (2018)

Courtney is responsible for database health, reporting requests to stakeholders, and managing various databases to ensure appropriate connectivity to alumni and those who support the Carthage community.
