Biography
Morgan Labas joined the Firebird family in 2023 as a student success advisor. She has experience working at Loyola University Chicago as an intern for first-year initiatives and orientation.
Morgan is a first-generation student and is proud to hold degrees from North Central College and Loyola University Chicago. She prides herself in leading students to experience education authentically and intentionally.
She is excited to support students at Carthage through each phase of their journey here and beyond.

Main responsibilities at Carthage
As a student success advisor, Morgan works to support students through their college experience in various ways, from study strategies to balancing coursework and life outside of academics.

“My favorite thing about Carthage is the lake (obviously!) and the opportunity to work with students to support their success in any way that I can!”
