Biography
Rita Davis ’26, associate director of stewardship and donor relations, joined Carthage in fall 2023 and brought with her 20 years of knowledge and experience in building and maintaining strong and positive relationships. She has experience in management, consumer relations, public relations, and communications. Ms. Davis is a Kenosha native. She enjoys being part of various organizations in the Kenosha community.

Main responsibilities at Carthage
- Planning and executing projects with the Office of Advancement team
- Directing and supporting the College’s donor relations and stewardship programs and communications
- Supporting college-wide events
- Assisting senior staff to develop and implement programs that foster and nurture lasting relationships between Carthage and its donors and to steward gifts; specifically endowed funds, campaign gifts, principal gifts, and gifts from major donors
