Linda Madonia

Linda Madonia has been the vocal coach and accompanist for the Master of Music in Music Theatre Vocal Pedagogy program since its inception in the Fall of 2019.

Along with her duties at Carthage, Ms. Madonia works as a professional music director and contractor in Chicago and abroad. Her credits include Music Theater Works, Porchlight Music Theater, Drury Lane Oakbrook, Theater at the Center, and the Mercury Theater. She also serves as the Chicago Federation of Musicians contractor at Music Theater Works. She has conducted Chamber Opera Chicago’s International tour of Persuasion for the past four years, and was the music director and conductor of the Equity Jeff Awards in Chicago for fifteen years. 

Ms. Madonia also owns American Eagle Productions, a touring theatre and theatre education company that takes shows and workshops directly into schools. American Eagle has been doing shows and workshops for twenty-eight years and presents annually to about 150 Chicago area schools.
