See Carthage in a whole new way: New virtual tour

Carthage has unveiled a new virtual tour to give prospective students and their families an insider’s look at campus life. The tour includes more than 300 photos, videos, and student stories about Carthage, as well as a stunning new interactive campus map.

The virtual tour homepage shows six different tour channels. Scroll over each channel and choose a place to start. Visitors can learn about academics, student life, athletics, special programs, student opportunities, and campus facilities.

• Through the Academics, Student Life, and Athletics channels, learn about our faculty, residence halls, dining options, 24 NCAA Division III teams, and much more.
• Visit the Dive In channel to learn about Carthage in Chicago, J-Term, and research.
• In the My Carthage View channel, current students share their five favorite things about Carthage.
• The new interactive Campus Map shows you Carthage in a whole new way. Click on the map markers to pop open additional information about each location. Every map location has a photo gallery; some have video tours with Office of Admissions student ambassadors. Additional videos will be added this fall.

The Office of Communications worked with the Atlanta-based company StudentBridge to create the tour. StudentBridge has been helping colleges nationwide showcase their campuses through virtual experiences for 10 years.

The videos featured in the tour were created by student videographers Fred McCann ’17, Torey Kervick ’17, Madeline Gronset ’17, Aidan Crosby ’18, and Isaac Leif ’19. Many of the photographs featured in the tour were taken by student photographer Brittney DeMik ’17.
