Come celebrate Ada Lovelace Day on Tuesday, Oct. 10. Ada Lovelace Day at Carthage is an independently organized event that is part of a global celebration of women in STEM.

There are two opportunities to participate in this event and learn about the roles women in STEM have played over the years:

Scavenger Hunt
11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m., Straz Atrium
Complete a scavenger hunt and learn about women’s awesome and essential contributions in STEM. Prizes and light refreshments will be available.

Research at Carthage
4:15 p.m., Engineering Design Studio (Lentz Hall 132)
Learn about the exciting research being done right here at Carthage. Light refreshments will be served.
