Carly McLaughlin ’24 was one of four students who ran a student-led Academy Live Session at the 2024 National Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE) Convention.
In the session, Carly discussed the seven most prominent leadership styles for Gen-Z and provided guidance on determining one’s own leadership style. Carly also explained how to grow as a leader and apply these skills to various areas, providing real-life examples for school, work, and life. This included activities to allow students to work with one another through a series of scenarios to put their skills to the test.
