Full-Time Tuition

The 2023-24 tuition for the Master of Music program is $27,000 for the full-time 10-month cohort. This includes all tuition and course fees; students must purchase course texts.

Financial Aid

Carthage is dedicated to making your learning experience as cost-effective as possible. Financial aid is available for students in the M.M. program.

THE ALUMNI GRANT

Carthage alumni who are accepted into the one-year M.M. program can receive a $2,000 scholarship.

FELLOWSHIPS

The M.M. Diversity Fellowship was created to reconcile the lack of racial diversity that persists in the field of music theatre performance and training. This 75% tuition reduction fellowship will be awarded to a full-time candidate who is part of an underrepresented minority.

ASSISTANTSHIPS

Carthage offers assistantships on a competitive basis for a music director and choreographer. These assistantships range from $3,000 to $7,000 per year. Interested applicants should indicate their interest in these assistantships when registering for the audition/interview.
