Using your own body weight, these TRX straps can work muscles you never even knew you had! TRX Suspension Trainer allows participants to use gravity and their own bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Core stability and functionality are challenged throughout this self-paced, full-body workout. Beginner and Advanced classes are offered. Individual needs and restrictions will be taken into account in both classes.
