The halls and apartments will re-open at noon on Monday, Jan. 8 for J-Term students. For students with extenuating circumstances or involvements that may require extended stay or an early return, please fill out this form before Wednesday, Dec. 20 to apply for approval.

Students staying for on-campus employment or extracurricular activities, will require verification from their coach, supervisor, etc. in the form of an email to Jessie Bingaman. Students wishing to stay on-campus for off campus employment will not be approved for extended stay or early return. Personal requests may be accommodated, but will require sufficient background information to have full understanding of the request.

If approved to stay, there is a $25 per night fee for students to stay on campus past 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 22. If you have any questions regarding extended stay, please email Jessie Bingaman or contact the Division of Student Affairs at 262-551-5800.

For those students approved to stay, there are no guests allowed. This includes other Carthage students. All College policies are in effect when the halls are closed. Violations of any College policies including the aforementioned guest policy, may result in immediate revocation of permission to stay on campus.

All College services and buildings are limited when the halls close. Food services and mail services are among the services that are limited or unavailable.

If you are unable to leave by 6 p.m., but do not plan to stay overnight, please contact your Residential Life Pro-Staff Member directly.
