Carthage Weather Station camera image The weather at Carthage — current and 10-day forecast — is now available online! Thanks to our new weather station on the roof of the Science Center, you can see the current temperature, wind speed, humidity, and more. You can even see a high-definition live image of the weather right here on campus.

The weather station provides the College with important data that can be used in its efforts to move toward a sustainable future. It also supports the academic meteorology and climatology minor, which is offered through the Geospatial Science Department.

The weather station was installed by Earth Networks, planned by the Sustainability Task Force (initiated by President John Swallow in February 2021) and funded by Camosy Construction. Special thanks to Professor Matt Zorn, Ted Fares, and Ryan Ade for making this happen.

Fox6 News in Milwaukee recently tweeted about the new weather station!
