Carthage Institute of Paleontology featured in multiple news outlets for recent expedition
The Carthage Institute of Paleontology 2022 field expedition, led by Professor Thomas Carr and Megan Seitz (preparator for the Dinosaur Discovery Museum in Kenosha), has garnered local media attention — from print to televised interviews.
The expedition included students from Carthage and volunteers from around the country, from Connecticut to California, and Wisconsin to Texas. The expedition’s most significant discovery was fragments of a juvenile Tyrannosaurus rex, which might lead to a skeleton in the ground.
