Starbucks and Einstein Bros. Bagels do not accept meal equivalencies.

More dining pop-ups for spring

Keep an eye on the Parkhurst Dining Instagram (@carthagecollegedining) for weekly pop-up events and food truck vendors visiting campus. Students can purchase items using standard meal swipes.

Improved 23-24 meal plans

The current meal plans were made in partnership with students after our previous long-term campus dining partner’s contract expired. Now that we have had time to see the new plans in action, we can make adjustments. The Parkhurst Dining team, Carthage staff, and Student Government have gathered your input and are working together to improve meal plans for the 23-24 school year. Final revisions are underway and will be announced to students in the coming weeks.
