Parking and traffic changes for move-out and Commencement this week

The Office of Public Safety will make traffic pattern and parking adjustments to facilitate students moving out and Commencement activities.

Move-Out — Wednesday, May 15

On Wednesday, May 15, Campus Drive traffic will be converted to one-way southbound traffic to allow for vehicle loading and departure. Please refrain from parking on Campus Drive unless you are actively loading your vehicle. Please load your vehicle in a timely manner and exit Campus Drive southbound, allowing others the opportunity to do the same.

Commencement — Thursday, May 16-Sunday, May 19

The South Upper Parking Lot will be closed at 11 p.m. Thursday, May 16 through Sunday, May 19 to accommodate handicap and reserved parking for Commencement. Faculty and staff members with reserved parking spots in the South Upper Parking Lot will be permitted to park in those designated spots.

At approximately 8 a.m. Friday, May 17, a portion of Campus Drive will be closed between Lentz Hall and the H. F. Johnson Center for the Fine Arts for the Commencement tent install. This portion of Campus Drive will remain closed until late Sunday afternoon. Traffic entering the North Entrance will have access to the North Parking Lots.

Kenosha Transit Bus Service and Wisconsin Coach Lines will be rerouted beginning at 8 a.m. Friday, May 17, until Campus Drive reopens. Pickup will be near the North Entrance on Alford Park Drive.
