Ashley is Associate Vice President of Admissions at Carthage. Originally from Morristown, Minnesota, she has a bachelor of science in business administration from Concordia University—Nebraska, and an MBA from Concordia University—Wisconsin.

“Working with students at such a life-changing age really makes it a joy to come into work. Our students really want to make a difference.”

Favorite Carthage tradition:
“Late Night Breakfast! On the Sunday before Finals Week, the President joined professors and staff in serving a full breakfast to students in the cafeteria, starting at 10 o’clock. Finals Week can be a super-stressful time, and being able to serve students breakfast and have a good time is really fun and rewarding.”

Favorite sports team:
“Go Pack Go! Even though I am from Minnesota, I cheer on the Green Bay Packers!”
What would people be surprised to know about you?
“I am actually very handy. I love home improvement projects and doing things around our home.”
What are your recommendations for people new to Kenosha?
“Eat at all the good restaurants! Coffee Pot is a go-to for me. Also, spend some time in downtown Kenosha on the lakefront. It’s a hidden gem.”
