Please note: The January study tour is now full. The summer study tour has been canceled.

This course provides a unique opportunity for students to experience either 1) clinical work, or 2) work on water and other environmental projects. Both aspects provide students with first-hand knowledge of the rural volcanic island of Ometepe, Nicaragua. Students also learn the fascinating history, culture, and environment of this country, and see how all of this has affected the land and people. The study tour will offer students a new perspective on life.
