Robert Dortch ’18 majored in communication and minored in public relations at Carthage. He currently works at Sprouts Farmers Market in Pheonix, Ariz. as a digital marketing specialist. In this position, he manages influencer marketing, manages budgets, and creates client contracts.

Mr. Dortch is thankful for the many resources he received from Carthage during and after college, and he is especially grateful for his communication professors who took the time to help him reach his goals.

How did Carthage prepare you?

“Carthage prepared me in every way. I learned a lot about companies, from how they use key performance indicators and search engine optimization marketing, to how they try to perceive and present themselves to clients.”
