Inspired by Professor Rebekah Johnson to pursue a career in which she can teach the importance of physical education, Amber Moser ’24 chose to major in exercise and sport science in addition to completing her marketing and management degrees. She is excited to further her education to become a physical education teacher.

“On campus, I am involved in Pi Sigma Epsilon, Alpha Phi Omega, Carthage women’s lacrosse team, and I’m vice president of the Class of 2023 Gift Committee.”

“On campus, I work in the Office of Alumni and Family Engagement, the Office of Marketing and Communications, and the TARC.” 

Career goal

“After graduation, I plan to pursue a career in middle or high school P.E. teaching, as well as continuing my coaching career in volleyball.”

Favorite spot on campus

“My favorite spot on campus is sitting with my friends at Starbucks, catching up, and doing homework.” 

Favorite memory

Sunrises on the lake, Homecoming, attending the 2022 Men’s Volleyball National Championship at Carthage, and making friendships that will last a long time!”
