Biology and Geography of Nicaragua
This course provides a unique opportunity for students to experience either clinical work or work on water and other environmental projects. Both aspects provide students first-hand knowledge of the rural volcanic island of Ometepe, Nicaragua.
Students also learn the fascinating history, culture, and environment of this country, and see how all of this has affected the land and people. The study tour will offer students a new perspective on life.
This course fulfills the SCI, GH, SE, and ITL requirements.
