Carthage students have many opportunities to present their research findings, both on campus and off. Students have also had success publishing research results with faculty.

Students who participate in Carthage’s Summer Undergraduate Research Experience, or SURE, present their findings in a fall poster session attended by the Carthage community.

Celebration of Scholars

Every spring, Carthage holds Celebration of Scholars, an event founded in 2011 to highlight research and other original work by students and faculty. More than 100 Carthage students and faculty shared their work in 2013.

Off-campus Presentation Opportunities

Carthage students are regularly invited to present their findings at regional, national, and international conferences, including Posters on the Hill, the Midstates Math and Science Consortium Undergraduate Research Symposia, and more.
