Princes Street in Edinburgh, Scotland The Carthage Theatre Program will return to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe after successful study tours in 2014, and 2019.

The Edinburgh Festival Fringe (also referred to as the Edinburgh Fringe, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, or the Fringe) is the world’s largest performance arts festival. Established in 1947 as an alternative to (and on the fringe of) the Edinburgh International Festival, it takes place in Edinburgh every August.

The department will produce and perform an original work commissioned through the Carthage Theatre Program’s New Play Initiative, entitled “Life Cycle of a Star.” Auditions for the production will be held in late April. Interviews for crew members and marketing positions will be held in early May.
