The Oaks Residential Village is a cluster of six residential buildings on the south side of campus, named for the beautiful trees that surround it.

The Oaks are comprised of private, air-conditioned rooms in suite-style arrangements with two students sharing a bathroom. The floors are co-ed, and there are communal lounge spaces located on each floor and dedicated study spaces in the basements. Many rooms have a stunning view of either Lake Michigan and/or a beautiful wooded area.

The Oaks area is overseen by the assistant director of Residential Life, who is a live-in professional staff member. The Oaks also has a large team of student staff to build community, help address student concerns, and serve as a resource for their peers.
